Camper & Nicholsons is delighted to announce the sale of WHIRLWIND, with Camper & Nicholsons's Tim Langmead representing both the Seller and the buyer. Special thanks to Jean-Marie Recamier for his assistance in this sale.
From three of the industry's leading names—Holland Jachtbouw, Andre Hoek and Winch Design—comes WHIRLWIND, a true ocean going sloop with a modern, classic line, raised pilothouse and aluminium hull.
Custom designed and built for an experienced #yacht owner in 1998, she is a safe and strong Dutch-built sailing #yacht with proven transatlantic autonomy having sailed the globe.
With an impressive foredeck with 360° panoramic views, a spacious cockpit area with twin dining tables for alfresco living, a full-width lower saloon, and a large lazarette for storing scuba diving equipment, bikes, fishing gear and other toys, she offers all the comforts of a much larger vessel and can accommodate eight guests in three ensuite cabins as well as up to 4 crew (including an owner-operator).
WHIRLWIND represents an incredible opportunity for a passionate owner-operator looking to undertake family adventures around the globe in safety and comfort. She comes to the market with low engine hours and VAT paid status.
