Disney Exec, Dave Bull, Joins VIKAND as SVP + General Manager

7 October 2021, Fort Lauderdale, #florida USA: VIKAND Solutions, LLC—the global maritime medical operations and public health provider—announces the appointment of #davebull as Senior Vice President and General Manager of #vikand Direct, effective 7 October 2021.

Dave Bull's global leadership experience reflects exceptional executive leadership skills with an unparalleled understanding of evolving technology. He comes to #vikand from the Walt Disney Company where he has managed large teams to support ABC and Fox, Disney Cruise Lines, and Disney attractions and resorts.

At Disney, Dave managed diverse tasks, including its 24/7/365 Network Operations Center, Situation Incident Management, Service Assurance, Business Operations, Data Centers, Tiers 1, 2 and 3 engineering teams, Solution Architects, change and vendor management. Communications skills are central to this degree of management. It is customary for Dave to report to boards of directors, shareholders meetings, and many thousands of employees.

Dave Bull commenced his career while serving as an officer in the British army with service in many of the most extreme global environments and deploying technologies throughout his career as an officer. His entire post-Army career has been within the technology arena and operationally supporting service platforms.

Dave has led organizations—including Panasonic, Nortel Networks, Terremark, GPX Global Systems, Tyco, Disney, and Atos—from start-ups through to Fortune 50 companies. In all his roles, Dave's managerial and technical strengths have applied to integrating analysis of correct technology selections to providing roadmaps for support and maintenance of the selected infrastructures cost-effectively, all while ensuring quality of customer service through brilliant team management.
