Absolute at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show: US premiere presentations for the award-winning Navetta 75, the new 48 Coupé, and a preview of the revolutionary 52 Fly
Absolute will be exhibiting at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show with two premiere presentations for the USA, the new Navetta 75 and the 48 Coupé, which will be present in-water, along with the 68 Navetta and the 52 Navetta. Another highlight will be the press conference presentation of the 52 Fly, with preview images of this revolutionary #yacht in advance of its debut scheduled for the Miami International Boat #show in February 2023.
With over 1,300 boats on display and a public of 100,000+ visitors, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat #show (FLIBS) is the largest in-water boat #show in the world. After its record-breaking 2021 edition, this year's event will take place from 26 to 30 October in the sunny South Florida location, with water-taxi services offering a convenient mode of moving throughout the seven #show sites.
The Navetta 75, Absolute's new flagship, will arrive in Florida fresh from its success at the Cannes Yachting Festival (6-11 September 2022) where it won the 2022 World #yacht Trophies Prize in the “Best Interior Design” category. Its keyword “sphere” expresses an all-round quest for perfection, optimizing the cruising experience. Absolute's mastery of marine architecture maximizes the space and gives the impression of a #yacht far larger than its 75foot length. Sliding doors and extensive glazing optimize the sense of contact with the outside world, placing you at the very center of your own personal beach club. The sporty, dynamic 48 Coupé opens up new horizons for the brand. Its wide and spacious cockpit has no visual barriers or fixed obstacles, and the open gunwale design offers a direct view of the sea. The new glazed balustrades towards the stern further enhance scenic enjoyment, and visibility is maximized even in the saloon and helm station, offering a breath-taking 360-degree panorama. The 48 Coupé demonstrates Absolute’s commitment to sustainability, with solar panels set in the roof, including a transparent panel for natural lighting. The electricity generated in this way enables owner and guests to enjoy a paradise bay without the hum of generators, with natural ventilation rendered possible by the electrically-opened windows. Below decks, three comfortable cabins with high ceilings offer unparalleled livability for a #yacht of this size.
The Absolute 52 Fly, presented as a preview at the press conference while awaiting its physical presence at the Miami 2023 #show – the first event in which it will take part – is the latest arrival in the brand’s Flybridge range. It presents all the revolutionary characteristics that hallmarked the preceding 56 and 60-foot models, in a more compact format but with the same incredible engineering commitment. It is no coincidence that the keyword chosen to describe the 52 Fly is “direction”: it represents a true “polestar” in the world of yachting, a new point of reference, offering space and features difficult to find in boats of this size. Its open cockpit and flybridge terrace offer innovative ways of enjoying the marine environment at any time of day or night, ideal for people who yearn for the sight of a sunset on the water and the fresh air of the coastal breeze. The groundbreaking interiors pamper guests in their favorite comfort zones, and they include a saloon of refined elegance, enhanced by the finest materials of nautical tradition. The galley has everything that even the most demanding chefs need, and it includes a spacious pantry, unusual in this category of yachts.
