Completion of regent Porto Montenegro's luxurious pool club residences
- BAIA is a new wing of the Regent Pool Club Residences with 67 new units

This summer, Regent Porto Montenegro is proud to announce the opening of the new BAIA wing, marking the final phase and completion of the Regent Pool Club Residences, in the glamorous Porto Montenegro superyacht marina.
The Regent Pool Club Residences consist of two wings, AQUA and BAIA, taking waterfront living to a new level of elegance in a luxurious setting, joining the existing Venezia wing. BAIA’s 67 new units ranging from rooms, one to three-bedroom suites and penthouses, have been designed by leading London design consultancy WATG Architects and MHZ Paris. Earthy shades of beige, straw and grass contrast harmoniously with sumptuous furniture in rich dark tones to create a serene oasis.
