Otam celebrates 60 years of powerboating

O.T.A.M. - now known as Otam – was created on July 19th, 1954. Abbreviation for Organizzazione Tigullio Assistenza Motoscafi, Otam is the historic name for the company that was one of the first yacht storage yards in Liguria.

Thanks to the ability and nautical passion of the skilled workers that make up the company, Otam quickly widened their horizons to become an authorized Riva service yard.

Otam's first models were the Otam 36' and the Otam 38'.

During the 1970's, the yard’s special capabilities, combined with the dedication of their craftsmen, allowed Otma to create a construction yard that built fifteen triple planked wooden yachts, many of which are still sailing today.
